Flex Passes
Flex Passes offer ways to save in flexibility and savings for passengers that know they’re going to be travelling with us regularly. Simply purchase a flex pass for your desired route, realize the savings, and it will be applied to your account. When you’re ready to travel, book your trip and the payment will be automatically applied. It’s that easy!
Flex Passes must be purchased and redeemed by phone at 1-800-232-1958.
Flex Pass Tips:
- Make sure you tell the agent at the beginning of the reservation that you’ll be paying with your Flex Pass
- You can book a trip for a friend or family member with the same Flex Pass!
- Flex Passes expire after one year, so be sure to use all your trips!
Student Packs
Affordable and convenient student travel
Affordable student travel just got more affordable and convenient. Student Express 5 Packs are available to all students aged 13-17 years of age and post-secondary students with a valid student ID card. Each Student Express Pack gives you 5 One-Way trips for 5% off. You can purchase your Student Express Pack online, over the phone, or at any of our ticket locations.

AMA Member Discount
Red Arrow offers 10% off to AMA members. To qualify for these rates, members must have a valid 16-digit membership number and renewal date applied to their account or quoted to an agent when booking. You can set up your AMA discount in person at a ticket office or by calling us at 1-800-232-1958. Once the account has been set up with the AMA discount in person or over the phone, online booking with the AMA discount will become available.
