I use the Red Arrow on a regular basis for my trips to Edmonton because I find it a very efficient way to travel. From downtown to downtown the Red Arrow only takes about a half hour longer than the plane but there is no lining up to get a boarding pass, go through airport security, waiting on the runway etc. On the coach I get about 2.5 hours of work done with my lap-top and my cell phone. The time it takes to travel is productive working time rather than downtime, there is less stress and I save money on airfares and taxis.

After some 140 one-way trips between Calgary and Edmonton I feel I am qualified to remark on the operation and convenience of the Red Arrow service.
I find the air conditioned coaches exceptionally clean, comfortable, and operating on schedule, with departure and arrival times that would meet most anyone's needs. The drivers, agents and reservation people all appear highly trained and are extremely competent, not to mention their friendly and helpful attitude.
I have an office in Calgary and live in Edmonton. Due to the comfort and convenience of the Red Arrow, I happily leave my car in Calgary to ride to and fro watching a movie, reading a book, working, or sleeping. The downtown to downtown service simplifies the trip compared to flying, with the elapsed time much the same or less.
For all of the afore mentioned reasons, and more, I highly recommend Red Arrow for business and personal travel.

I've been commuting between Edmonton and Calgary on the Red Arrow every weekend since the 1980's. My wife and son, who attend the U of A also take the Red Arrow on occasion.
We are satisfied customers and expect to be so for the foreseeable future. Your staff are all very professional, friendly and courteous. Your drivers are competent and I feel safe on the bus no matter what the road conditions might be. Your buses are clean, comfortable, reliable and the amenities you provide (snacks, newspapers, computer power source, phone, washroom) add value. I've recommended Red Arrow to many of my friends and colleagues over the years. I've even sold one of my cars which I used to drive between Edmonton and Calgary which saved me money.

I would like to take a moment to commend Red Arrow and its' staff on the professional, prompt and high caliber of service offered to their passengers.
Since I find it difficult to plan far enough ahead to make use of flying between the cities, I generally drive. However one particularly snowy day, when I was worried about driving, my husband mentioned the Red Arrow service. My first response was that I would rather not go at all if I had to take a bus given unhappy experiences from my younger days.
I did take the Red Arrow and was amazed at how new and clean the coach was. Since I need to be in Edmonton every week, I now round trip on Red Arrow 2 - 3 times per month and feel very safe even in some amazing weather.
Friends and peers often ask how I travel and I tell them by a special LIMO. Red Arrow. In particular I appreciate the always smiling and cheerful staff at 6:30 a.m. I get so much undisturbed work done during the trip - lap top plug-ins are great.
I constantly remind my staff that service is the special product we can offer our customers that will set us ahead of our competitors with similar products. Red Arrow service is exemplary. Thank you.

I had to fly to Edmonton only once to realize the huge time consumer flying short distances can be! I spent more than the three hours that it takes to travel by ground transportation due to the following:
- Having to arrive at the terminal thirty minutes before departure
- Driving to the airport
- Waiting to park the car
- Waiting for and on the shuttle from the Park & Jet
- Standing in line to board the plane
- Standing in line to get off the plane
- Waiting for a taxi
- Driving from the airport to the office
- And then, repeating all that on the return trip
In addition, the plane ride itself is only forty five minutes, which provides absolutely NO time to get anything done except answer to a well intentioned attendant.
By taking Red Arrow my time management readjusted this stressful situation into relaxing productive time
As soon as I was boarded and seated, I had a full three hours of uninterrupted time to work on my lap top.; make a few cell phone calls; and catch up on some very necessary industry reading.
Your on-board refreshment centre always had my favorite treats; and, I could access them at my convenience rather than having my concentration disturbed by an attendant.
If time is money, then it needs to be well spent; and, that is one thing that will never change regardless of how automated we become.
