Corporate Travel Plan Terms & Conditions
To become a Corporate Traveller, email an account representative or fill out the Corporate Application Form and return it to our Red Arrow central reservations centre via fax at 403-264-1004.
Passengers must have a reservation in order to qualify for the corporate fare. There are no on board corporate ticket purchases from the drivers.
CTP Terms and Conditions
1. No minimum travel requirements.
2. Fares can be paid for by credit card or charged to your Corporate Travel Charge account and billed on a monthly basis.
3. No holiday blackouts.
4. Corporate rate can not be combined with any other discounts.
5. Corporate Travellers are not eligible for Frequent Travel Points.
Reservation Change and Cancellation Policies
1. To change the date, time or to cancel your corporate travel reservation, Red Arrow must be notified prior to the departure of the coach. Phone 1-800-232-1958 and advise the Customer Service Representative that you are a Corporate Travel Member and that you wish to change or cancel your reservation.
2. Corporate Travel Reservations can be changed or cancelled with adequate notice at no charge.
3. Missed trips will automatically be billed.
Prices and Departures are subject to change without prior notification.
