To alleviate the stress of travelling and the uncertainty of business, Red Arrow also offers our Corporate Passengers a Corporate Travel Plan to accommodate an ever-changing business schedule. The Corporate Travel Plan allows you to change a date, time or even cancel your reservation prior to your departure without penalty. When paying for your corporate travel, you can choose from our flexible invoice plan or pay as you go.

To become a Corporate Traveller, email an account representative or fill out the Corporate Travel Application Form. If you wish to be billed monthly for your travel expenses, you may instead fill out the Corporate Travel Credit Application Form. Once completed, simply return these forms to our Red Arrow central reservations centre via fax at 403-264-1004.

Corporate Travel Benefits

1. Cancellation policy for Corporate travel plan: change a date, time or even cancel your reservation prior to your departure without penalty as long as you notify Red Arrow @1-800-232-1958
2. No minimum travel requirements.
3. Fares can be paid for by credit card or charged to your Corporate Travel Charge account and billed on a monthly basis.
4. Corporate Travel member discounts on hotel and car rentals.

6. No holiday blackouts.
7. Courtesy rental car pick-up and delivery upon request. * See Car Rental Package
